On August 14th, John’s cousin Waltraud, and her husband Sonny, arrived for a four-day visit. They had left their home in Pforzheim, Germany and flew to Seattle and spent the past two weeks on the west coast driving through much of British Columbia and Alberta. It was an excellent, but much too short adventure, with Waltraud and Sonny. They will have to return one day, if only for Sonny to finally buy that Canadian Seagull guitar he’s been longing for. However, before that, Margaret-Ann and John look forward to meeting Waltraud and Sonny again in the fall of 2011 when next they visit Germany. Auf Wiedersehen!
