On Sunday, June 5, 2011, Margaret-Ann and John drove into Toronto to attend their grandson Benjamin’s 1st birthday party. Jennifer and Jeremy had an outdoor afternoon soiree and the weather cooperated – sunny and warm; the previous day was rainy with thunderstorms. Jeremy BBQ’d up hamburgers and sausages and Jennifer prepared some refreshing salads. Everybody enjoyed the wide selection of ice cream cones and sundaes for dessert, but left just enough room for some delicious birthday cake to top off a great party!
