Acton Winter Festival – January 27, 2013

John and Margaret-Ann had Will and Ben for the weekend and on Sunday, a crisp and sunny minus five degree Celsius day, they drove to the Acton Winter Festival where they met Meredith, Michael and Jaye. Acton is a small town about fifteen minutes west of Meredith’s home in Georgetown. There were a lot of things going on at the Festival – dog sled/cart rides, hockey tournaments and ice skating on outdoor rinks, ice sculpturing, an obstacle course, building forts with coloured ice blocks, curling, etc. Everyone had a great time and Will did very well on the obstacle course. Just another excellent adventure.
